PRONTEVO connects customers with verified independent professionals (locksmith, plumbing, electrical, glazing, handyman, Airbnb maintenance, and basic battery/tire assistance) for emergencies and small jobs across Spain.

The professional is responsible for delivering the service. PRONTEVO is not the service provider itself, but the intermediary that verifies professional registration, displays their rates, and facilitates contact with a clear price shown before intervention.

The quote or price range accepted before the job documents the price and scope agreed between the customer and professional. No surcharge may be applied through PRONTEVO without the customer's renewed explicit acceptance. Specific legal duties may vary by service and autonomous community.

Each zone's status (active / opening / waitlist) is shown honestly before any request is confirmed. A request submitted in an 'opening' or 'waitlist' zone does not guarantee immediate professional availability.

The current MVP does not process online payments. The customer agrees the payment method with the professional after accepting the quote; these terms will be updated before any online payment or preauthorization is enabled.

Customers can file a claim at any time via the claims page. Every case is reviewed manually.
